We only collect the data required to answer your queries and keep institutional communication: name, email address and the message you share with us through the form. We also register anonymous technical navigation data when you enable optional cookie categories.
We use your data to reply to queries, send the institutional information you request, prevent misuse of the site and comply with legal duties or requirements from Argentine authorities.
We process your data based on the free and informed consent granted when submitting the form, on the legitimate interest in providing an answer to your query and on compliance with legal provisions applicable to the real estate crowdlending model in Argentina.
Data is retained for the time strictly needed for the described purposes or for the minimum period required by Argentine regulations. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting on behalf of Bynorvexa (for example, hosting services, transactional email or analytics under Consent Mode v2) always under confidentiality and processing agreements.
